CLOSE YOUR EYES BELOVED: Take a couple relaxing breaths and allow yourself to settle inward.
IMAGINE WHAT YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE (without judging your thoughts - replace any negative thoughts with positive, loving, confident thoughts - be gentle with yourself)
NOW USING YOUR IMAGINATION ALLOW YOURSELF TO FEEL HOW YOU WILL FEEL IN THAT DREAM BODY OF YOURS
Give yourself a few minutes to get this. It is normal for the feeling to be fleeting at first. Since you are using your imagination there is no wrong way to do this - just play, fantasize and allow a smile to come over you. Repeat this 3 times if you can. It might take practice. It's all good. You have time.
Now, slowly and gently come back, open your eyes slowly, focus and return to reading the words here. Allow positive feelings to flow through you. Feeling more relaxed and confident.
