 This is an easy to follow, pleasurable, eating experience. Often referred to Mindful Eating, this program heals your relationship with food and your body.

However, when you are stressed, your body secretes hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline which causes glucose to spike.  This is how we were created in order to get the energy to deal with a perceived threat in order for the species to survive. This is your Fairy Godmother. Yes, I'm real!  Make believe this is real because your subconscious mind does not know the difference and will create whatever beliefs, images and feelings you feed it.- This is a scientific fact. I am about to lead you through a short process - do not underestimate the power of this process when it is practiced daily.

CLOSE YOUR EYES BELOVED: Take a couple relaxing breaths and allow yourself to settle inward.

IMAGINE WHAT YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE
(without judging your thoughts - replace any negative thoughts with positive, loving, confident thoughts - be gentle with yourself)

NOW USING YOUR IMAGINATION ALLOW YOURSELF TO FEEL HOW YOU WILL FEEL IN THAT DREAM BODY OF YOURS

Give yourself a few minutes to get this. It is normal for the feeling to be fleeting at first. Since you are using your imagination there is no wrong way to do this - just play, fantasize and allow a smile to come over you. Repeat this 3 times if you can. It might take practice. It's all good.
