IMAGINE WHAT YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE(without judging your thoughts - replace any negative thoughts with positive, loving, confident thoughts - be gentle with yourself)
NOW USING YOUR IMAGINATION ALLOW YOURSELF TO FEEL HOW YOU WILL FEEL IN THAT DREAM BODY OF YOURS
Give yourself a few minutes to get this. It is normal for the feeling to be fleeting at first. Since you are using your imagination there is no wrong way to do this - just play, fantasize and allow a smile to come over you. Repeat this 3 times if you can. It might take practice. It's all good.
